Postage & Shipping:
All of our items are made to order and sent from our Townsville, QLD. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of ordering, this does change at peak sale times. Please note that 5 business days does not include postage times. We use Australia Post to ship your orders. Express Postage is just an express courier service, this does not rush your order.
Return Policy:
When purchasing please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind, however if you have any issues with your product please read below...
Damages & Issues:
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are packaged and shipped. Your order is always adequately packaged with handling and transit in mind. While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me with a photo of the damaged item + shipping box within 48 hours of receiving.
